Booking policy
Deposit: A $1,000 non-refundable deposit secures your hunt date. Deposits are transferable to another hunter in your party or to the following season if you give us 90 days’ notice.
Payment: The remaining balance is due 60 days before your hunt. If we cancel the hunt for weather or safety reasons, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
License: You must purchase your Minnesota bear license and tag before arrival. We recommend applying for the lottery in early spring; non-residents need a license application before the draw.
No harvest guarantee: We cannot guarantee a shot opportunity, but our baiting program and stand rotation give you the best possible chance. If you do not harvest, ask about reduced-rate return opportunities.
